and welcome to credit score upgrades (Dealmaker). The market score for the best FHA rates available is 620. If your score(s) are below this we can run your credit report and send it thru our fico score enhancer program. The credit system simply analyzes your credit and tell us what we need to do to acheive the best market score you could if the steps are taken as described in the Mortgage action plan. Hopefully it will allow us to get to the 620 mark. And unless your present credit rating is simply very, very, poor we shouldn't have this problem, but even then it will just take more time to accomplish the goal of a 620 score with the present FHA score requirements.

All that matters to the lender(s) is that your score meets the FHA 620 requirement for the best rates offered by them. Occasionally, other criteria might be reviewed from your credit to approve a loan for funding.
