My job is to work hard to find the solutions that best work into your financial budget and family needs. I work hard to get kinks out of the process before we begin, but as in any profession sometimes issues surface after the fact. Anyways, I'm happy to say that not one transaction with these valued customers was a breeze (without a hiccup or two). Nevertheless, I made the sometimes rocky road of real estate a happy and pleasant experience for them all.

When we were first looking for our home, we called on one of Dan’s listed properties. We had been working with another realtor, but we liked the way Dan worked so we switched to him. We told Dan exactly what we were looking for in a home and he really listened to our needs. He only showed us houses that fit our criteria, so we weren’t wasting our time and energy. We looked at many houses and always felt that Dan was trying to find our perfect home, and not just throwing a bunch of houses at until we got tired and settled for something that was just ‘okay’. One of the best things about working with Dan is that he owns a mortgage company. He handled all of our financial needs as well, so we didn’t have to run all over town giving out our personal information to everybody. Buying a home can be a stressful time, but Dan made it a pretty enjoyable experience for us. Even though we have been in our home for almost a year, we still keep in touch with e-mails and phone calls. We highly recommend Dan. Not only is he a great realtor, but he is a man of faith and principle.. and that’s hard to find these days. Unfortunately, Dan did such a great job for us that we may never need his professional services again. We love our home and plan on making this home our last!
